The Investigative Services Bureau is responsible for long-term, in depth, undercover and technical investigations. The Bureau is made up of the following units: Major Crimes, Property Crimes, Narcotics, Economic Crimes, Crime Analysts, SWAT, Crisis Negotiation Team, Special Investigations, Evidence/Property, Forensics, and Victim’s Assistance.
Captain William Rosario
Captain William Rosario is the Captain of the Investigative Services Bureau. He began his career at the Cape Coral Police Department in 2007. He has served as Lieutenant in both the Investigative Services Bureau and Professional Standards Bureau. He has an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Edison Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from California Coast University.Â
