Narcotics Detectives Bust Dealer for Selling within 1000 Feet of Park

(October 21, 2024) — Narcotics Detectives for the Cape Coral Police Department conducted a month-long investigation into a suspected cocaine dealer.
Narcotics detectives caught Isaac Emanuel Marina Cardenas (DOB 05/05/2000) selling cocaine on two separate occasions. Both transactions were conducted within 1000 feet of a park.
Based on the investigation, detectives developed probable cause for the arrest of Marina Cardenas. Detectives located Marina Cardenas and placed him under arrest. Detectives found three baggies of white residue in Marina Cardenas’ wallet, all of which field-tested positive for cocaine.
Marina Cardenas was arrested and charged with the following:
–2 counts in violation of Florida State Statute 893.13 (6)(a), Possession of Controlled Substance
–2 counts in violation of Florida State Statute 893.147 (1), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
–2 counts in violation of Florida State Statute 893.13 (1)(c)(1), Sale of a Controlled Substance Within 1000 feet of a Park
