Cape Coral, Fla. — The Cape Coral Police Department has arrested 19-year-old Jackson Lee Spradlin (DOB 01/03/2007) following an investigation into a reported sex offense involving a juvenile.
On August 13th 2026, officers responded after a juvenile reported having escaped from an unknown male and alleged she had been sexually assaulted. Through the investigation, CCPD Special Victim’s Unit Detectives identified Spradlin as the suspect.
On August 19th, 2026, detectives served several search warrants and located Spradlin. He was placed under arrest and transported to Lee County Jail with the following charge:
- F.S.S. 800.04(4)(a) Lewd and Lascivious Battery
