Cape Coral, FL – On April 8th, 2026 at around 11:47 AM, the Cape Coral Police Department SWAT Team executed a search warrant at 235 SW 33rd Ter, Cape Coral, Florida, resulting in the arrest of Andrew Lee Horner (DOB 05/31/1993) on multiple narcotics sale charges, including Sale of a Controlled Substance within 1000 feet of a School.
These charges stemmed from an investigation spanning several weeks. The Cape Coral Police Department Narcotics Unit received a tip that Horner was selling narcotics and began investigating.
In March of 2026, during an undercover controlled drug transaction at his residence (235 SW 33rd Terrace), Horner sold 6 grams of meth and 1.6 grams of MDMA.
Measurements taken via UAV estimated the distance between the home and Pelican Elementary School is 975 feet.
During a second undercover controlled drug transaction with Horner at his residence, he sold 50 Xanax pills.
On April 8th, 2026, while executing the search warrant at the home, the Cape Coral Police Department SWAT Team located multiple items, including:
- LSD tabs (1.9 grams)
- Amphetamine pills (4.4 grams)
- Xanax pills (6.6 grams)
- Psychopsilocybin mushrooms (28.2 grams)
- Methamphetamines (1.3 grams)
- Small plastic baggies, the same ones used by Horner during the sales
While searching the home, detectives located a purse belonging to Hanna Wheeler (DOB: 07/31/1999). A glass pipe was found inside. Her ID was also found in the purse. The pipe field-tested positive for methamphetamines.
Andrew Lee Horner (DOB 05/31/1993) was taken to the Lee County Jail on the following charges:

- 1 count of Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Methamphetamines
- 1 count of Sale of a Controlled Substance, to wit: MDMA
- 1 count of Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: MDMA
- 1 count of Sale of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Xanax
- 1 count of Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Xanax
- 1 count of Possession of a Controlled Substance w/ Intent to Sell, to wit: Methamphetamines
- 1 count of Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Amphetamine pills
- 1 count of Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Psychopsilocybin mushrooms
- 1 count of Possession of a Controlled Substance w/ Intent to Sell, to wit: Xanax Pills
- 1 count of Possession of a Paraphernalia
Hannah Wheeler (DOB: 07/31/1999) was taken to the Lee County Jail on the following charge:
- 1 count of Possession of a Paraphernalia
