(July 29, 2025) — On July 28, 2025, Frantz Clerjuste (DOB 05/06/1993) was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Child Pornography after an investigation by the Cape Coral Police Department Special Victims Unit.Â
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children contacted the Cape Coral Police Department to report allegations of child pornography. An unknown person uploaded two files of suspected child pornography to Dropbox in January. The files were videos depicting sexual content involving minors.
A search warrant revealed 45 files, and within those files, child sexual abuse materials were observed. Additionally, two videos showed a thin black male with a goatee and long dreadlocks working out in a gym. The videos appear to have been filmed by the male depicted in the video.
Through their investigation, Detectives were able to identify Frantz Clerjuste (DOB 05/06/1993) as their suspect. The male in the videos working out is the same male in the driver’s license photo of Clerjuste.
On July 28, 2025, the Cape Coral Police Department executed a search warrant at 2811 SE 15th Pl Apt 103, Cape Coral, Florida 33904. Contact was made with Clerjuste, who was read his Miranda Warnings.
Frantz Clerjuste was in possession of child sexual abuse material within his Dropbox. He was taken to the Lee County Jail on the following charge:
