(September 5, 2024) — On September 4, 2024, at around 9 PM, officers were dispatched to a home in Northwest Cape Coral regarding allegations of sexual molestation.
Officers arrived on scene and met with the victim, under the age of 12, who reported that they were sexually molested.
Special Victims Unit Detectives responded to the scene and developed probable cause for the arrest of Elijah De Jesus (DOB 01/24/2004).
Elijah De Jesus was taken to the Lee County Jail and charged with the following:
–1 count in violation of F.S.S. 800.04(5b), Lewd and Lascivious Behavior, Victim Less than 12 Years of Age
