(May 17, 2024) – The Cape Coral Police Department conducted impaired driving enforcement (Operation “Arrive Alive, Don’t Drink and Drive”) on May 16, 2024, targeting impaired driving. This operation was conducted citywide and resulted in sixty-nine total citations.

Antle’s vehicle was called in as a Reckless Driving complaint. Traffic Stop by Ofc C. Prieto Perez and Ofc J. Myers for failure to maintain lane and other driving pattern observations. Antle was quickly detained due to erratic behavior and signs of impairment were observed. Antle was transported by medics to CCER due to her claims of experiencing a medical episode. While at CCER a DUI investigation determined that Antle was impaired and she was arrested. Medical staff elected to admit Antle and a NTA was issued. Medical BAC 0.275.
