(April 18th, 2024) — This afternoon, Chief Anthony Sizemore hosted a news conference to discuss updates in the murder of Kayla Rincon-Miller. We have sent out previous updates letting you know that we were making progress, but we were unable to share the details due to the sensitivity of the case.
Today, Chief Sizemore shared that we arrested Christopher Devon Horne Junior (DOB 10/04/2007). He is being charged with F.S.S. 782.04(1a)(2d), Principal in a Homicide while engaged in a Robbery. Although the investigation is ongoing, this is another win to share with the community. We are one step closer to achieving justice for Kayla Rincon-Miller. Today, it has been one month since she was murdered. The Chief stated he couldn’t think of a better way to honor her than to bring another involved suspect into custody.
