The Cape Coral Police Dept is asking for assistance in locating a missing endangered adult. Betty Jean Beardslee walked away from her condo at 3722 SE 12th Ave several hours ago. Beardslee suffers from Alzheimer's Disease.

She was last seen wearing a maroon and white shirt, gray shorts and sandals. She may have a blue sweater tied at her waist. She also has a waist length pony tail.

Officers, with the assistance of the Fire Department, LCSO Aviation, PSAs, News Media, and a concerned citizen were able to locate Betty Beardslee and she was returned to her residence in good health just before 8:00 PM.
